Video: A Nuclear Engineer Explains Why He Favors Hydrograph Clean Power

An academic background in chemistry and nuclear engineering led Kerry Landis to Hydrograph Clean Power.

Kerry Landis has been a subscriber to J Taylor’s Gold, Energy & Tech Stocks for over 20 years. I never had met him or even knew of him until toward the end of 2024 when he sent me an email strongly suggesting I take a look at Hydrograph Clean Power for coverage in my newsletter. In this interview Kerry shares much of what he initially told me that got me very excited about this unique materials science & technology company. It is the only company with the patented process to produce pure graphene at a low cost. As Kerry explains pure graphene is essential for its industrial application such as lubricants, composites, coatings, concrete and cement, energy storage, and biosensors, to name just a few.

The investment case is extremely exciting! CEO Kjirstin Breure has spoken about a “conservative” operating margin of 70% with minuscule initial capital expenditures. Given a sales price range of between $200,000/ton to $800,000/ton of graphene, Kerry walked me through the profit scenario, which based on a conservative Price to Earnings Ratio, could led this company to a 10-, 20, -or 30-fold price appreciation for the company’s shares if the company’s business model is executed successfully. Note: Higher end sales prices are for specific graphene products designed to meet unique specifications required for various industrial applications. Given that several larger companies are expected to require hundreds of tons per year, Kerry walked me through the profit scenario, which based on a conservative Price to Earnings Ratio, could lead this company to the kind of share price appreciation potential noted above.

Of course, until that happens this is a “Pie in the sky” scenario. Kerry also discusses what could go wrong and what he is most concerned about. But based on his knowledge of chemistry and physics and his experience in appraising power plants and the management teams that ran them, he has been investing his money and his extended family’s money in this company. In other words, he is putting his money where his mouth is.

My personal bias is clear. Hydrograph Clean Power is personally my largest holding in my retirement account and it is a recommendation in my newsletter. I have not received any payment from any one or any corporate entity for this interview. I am simply sharing with you the good news of a newly discovered miracle material, pristine graphene, that only Hydrograph Clean Power holds the patent to produce.
